Flexi Caps & Polymers Private Limited was establish in 2015 & It is a manufacturing unit for Rigid PVC Films /Aluminum and blister foils /LDPE Films having major application in packaging industries with annual installed capacity of 17400 MTPA. This installation facilitate 4800 MTPA for LDPE Films, 10800 MTPA for PVC Films & 1800MTPA for Aluminum Foil to cater demand of their existing customers as well as in-house demand of associate firms and to explore new ready markets on competitive front.

Manufacturing Plant :
The company is implementing hi-tech processing plant for manufacturing of LDPE/PVC Films through processing of LDPE/PVC Resins. The PVC films is calendered with high precision accuracy being checked under various instrument for perfect repeatability. The blister foil and Aluminum pharma foil are processed on separate machine to make them suitable for printing and sealing. AHU are installed for controlled air with 5 micron dust particle control. LDPE films are extruded from best machinery available in Indian market for best results in lamination graded films.
Infrastructure :
Flexi caps and Polymers Pvt Ltd envisaged for Total area 11920m2 in which civil constructed area 7040m2 approx. The firm has a facility at 429/1, 3 Solsinda Sanwer Road, Indore - 452015 in the district of Indore. Allocated space for thorough testing of all the manufactured products along with clean room provision for final packing of material classified in “Class D”. A proper quarantine area have been provided for sampling and testing of raw material and additives. We also follow GMP & GDP Standards.
