Innovative Packaging
Innovative packaging was incorporated in year 2006 and since then it was involved in manufacturing of LDPE laminated packaging films, laminated rolls etc. uptill FY 2013-2014. Later on manufacturing facilities was shifted to one of the family concern Inoflex Ltd. Now Innovative Packaging has manufacturing facilities of Laminated Multicolor Wovensack Bags.
Manufacturing Plant
The company is engaged in manufacturing of Multicolor BOPP Bags with capacity of 50kg, 30kg, 25kg as well as 5kg and 10kg handle bags.
Production of laminated and w/o laminated bags with drum printing is also carried out. Innovative Packing is equipped with Fully automated Tandem double dye lamination machine, automatic cutting and stitching machine, manual stitching machine, slitting machine, Drum printing machine. Total installation has capacity of manufacturing 150000 bags per day.
We take special care of quality of our products as quality is not just department obligation, it is one of the basic parameter for the progress of any company.Quality checking department is equipped with Fabric strength checking machine. Granules which are used in manufacturing are first tested and then only used in machines. To check the capacity of bag Drop Test method is used. Entire material is checked before dispatch.
